We are seeking a Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites. In this role, you will take operational ownership of multiple projects simultaneously—ensuring deployments are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client specifications.
Working alongside local engineering, sales, and technical teams, you will manage field crews (Senior/Lead Technicians, Junior Technicians) and subcontractors. You will be responsible for active site coordination, milestone tracking, material logistics, job profitability, and continuous stakeholder communication from kickoff through sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Schedule Tracking: Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress against established baselines, track job costs, and mitigate delivery delays.
Field & Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise installation crews and specialized low-voltage subcontractors. Ensure field work complies with scopes of work (SOW), client quality standards, and OSHA/job-site safety regulations.
Site Verification & Readiness: Conduct pre-installation site walks to evaluate electrical, network, and pathway dependencies. Proactively identify site readiness issues or physical impediments, communicating risks promptly to stakeholders.
Technical Oversite: Review security system drawing sets, floor plans, riser diagrams, and basic civil/electrical prints. Work with integration engineers to ensure accurate programming and configuration of access control, video management, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.
Change Management & Financials: Track labor hours and project materials, manage inventory staging, and process red-line drawings. Identify out-of-scope work and collaborate with account teams to generate formal change orders
Commissioning & Punch List Closeout: Coordinate system testing, functional checkout, and client acceptance walks. Rapidly clear punch list items, collect final sign-offs, assemble closeout documentation, and assist with proposal estimations as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in the electronic security, low-voltage, or commercial systems integration field, with at least 2–3 years in a project management or project coordination capacity.
Domain Focus: Prior experience within Property Technology (PropTech), commercial real estate, or enterprise electronic security environments
Technical Knowledge: Working familiarity with enterprise access control and video surveillance platforms such as LenelS2, Software House (C•CURE), Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP, or integrated fire/alarm panels. Factory certifications are a plus.
Software Tools: Working proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and project management/scheduling platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, SimPRO)
Industry Credentials: Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or PMP certification (or progress toward certification) is preferred but not required.
General Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to walk job sites and navigate active construction environments; must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
